Infographics: China, the economic growth and the luxury goods

Saturday: Current affairs (Infographized)

Yesterday I was reading on BBC that China’s economic growth has slowed down to 7.6% in the second quarter. Even though for those of us in the Western world this percentage might not even seem realistically possible, yes, that is China. But 7.6% is not high, it was 8.1% in the previous three months! In fact, China accounts for about a fifth of the world’s total economic output and any slowdown may hamper the global recovery. We do depend on China, whether we like it or not, and not even just us as human beings who need to make a living but us as people living in countries which manufacture those luxury goods which are then exported, bought and inject cash back in our countries.
